STRUCTURE:- R.C.C framed structure with isolated and combined column footings. The structure is designed for stilt plus four floors.

SUPERSTRUCTURE:- superstructure shall e with brickwork outer walls shall be 9” inch thickness and inner partition walls shall be 4.5” inch thickness with a smooth plaster finish.

SANITARY ITEMS:- Concealed PVC pipes of ISI certified brand for water line arrangements. Metro water supply only for the kitchen. Borewell water supply for all toilets, Utility, EWC and wash basin of the desired light colour of make parry ware(or) hind ware.

PLUMBING FITTINGS:- All taps are foam flow continental model jaguar or ISI certified brand equivalent make and single lever diverter. Common underground sump and an overhead tank of suitable capacity for bore well water and metro fine water.

PAINTING:- Cement based primer and two coats of putty with roller finish emulsion paints for walls, enamel paints for grills and doors, main Doors, Main Doors, with melamine polish and outer walls with SUPER COTE Exterior paint finish.

ELECTRIFICATION:- Power supply with bus bar system with M.C.B. fully concealed copper ISI wiring for the generator. Provision of ISI certified brand wires and two-way switches in bedrooms for fan and one lighting point for each bedroom. T.V. and telephone and internet points provision in living hall & bedrooms.3No power plugs in kitchen, master bedroom with A.C. provision. SIS semi-modular switches will be provided.

GENERATOR:- Super branded of cumins powerica (or) Kirloskar automatic generator for common area lightings, lift water pumps and 500 watts power supply for each flat for round the clock.
